The Silver Twinkie

It's a rainy, busy day here today. The girls just returned from performing in a short version of Shakespeare's "Tempest." One of them commented as they were leaving that the rain was rather appropriate for this particular play (Great! Now where are the umbrellas?). This evening our youngest performs in 4 dances at her recital. And in meantime we are preparing to go camping tomorrow for a week in the "silver twinkie."

Here's our little 1963 Airstream--it's pretty cozy for four. Thankfully it's a cute cozy as well--inside it's just like a sweet little cottage on wheels.

I'm looking forward to our trip. It's always relaxing hanging around in the trailer, going to all of the beautiful state parks around Ithaca, and watching Bingley and the girls enthusiastically romp in the streams. I'm feeling calm already!

I hope you can find time for peace and loveliness this week as well.
Warmly,
Cheryl
